Please note, the AWBA Member Meeting and Appreciation Reception on Sunday, October 18, is for AWBA members only.

Cancellation / Refund Policy And Substitution / Transfer Policies

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing prior to Friday, October 9, 2026. Refunds will be offered less a $55 USD processing fee.
No refunds will be issued after October 9, 2026.  
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing prior to October 9, 2026, and sent to conference@woodybiomass.org.  
Substitution / Transfer Policy
If you are no longer able to attend the conference, you may request your registration be transferred to another individual within your organization as a substitution or you may request your registration be transferred to next year’s 2027 Conference.
Only one substitution or transfer will be allowed per registration.
All substitution and transfer requests may be made in writing prior to Friday, October 9, 2026, and sent to conference@woodyvbiomass.org.

I am a member of AWBA and would like to attend the Member Appreciation Reception on Sunday, October 18. Do I need to complete a separate registration in advance?
Yes, you will need to RSVP in advance of the conference to attend the Member Appreciation Reception. You will receive a separate email from AWBA with the invitation to register for the reception. We kindly request you confirm your attendance by Friday, October 9, 2026 as space is limited. 
I’m interested in reserving a private meeting room during the conference. Who should I contact?
There are a limited number of private meeting rooms available. For more information on availability and room rental, please contact conference@woodybiomass.org.
How can I receive an invoice for my conference registration?
Yes, you will need to RSVP in advance of the conference to attend the Member Appreciation Reception. You will receive a separate email from USIPA with the invitation to register for the reception. We kindly request you confirm your attendance by Friday, October 10, 2025 as space is limited. 
Do I need to wear my conference badge to attend the conference events?
The AWBA team and conference security require all conference attendees to wear their conference badges at all conference events. You will not be permitted to access any conference events, including the Exhibit Hall, meals, and receptions, without a badge.
Is there a conference mobile app?
Yes, the conference mobile app will launch a few weeks prior to the conference. It will include the latest agenda, speakers, exhibitors, etc. Prior to the conference, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the app.
Where can I get an attendee list?
Attendees can be found on the mobile app, which will launch a few weeks prior to the conference. It is the primary means to connect with attendees ahead of the conference. The final attendee list (name, company/organization, and title only) will be shared with all registered attendees after the conference.
Will the session presentations/slides be shared with attendees after the conference?
Yes, session presentations will be shared via email a few weeks after the conference once all final versions have been collected by AWBA.
